Information we collect

We may collect contact details, lesson preferences, application responses, appointment information, package records, and communications that you choose to provide. Our website also collects limited technical information needed for security, reliability, and privacy-conscious visitor statistics. We count enquiry form views, starts, submission attempts, and successful enquiries using a random identifier stored for your browser session. We also measure pages visited, broad screen-size groups, visible time on a page, scroll milestones, form steps, and field names used or flagged as incomplete. These statistics contain no form answers or contact details, and we do not record your screen or keystrokes. Anonymous journey data is retained for up to 90 days. Advertising link tags help us distinguish Google Ads visits from other visits. We also use a Google advertising tag to measure completed enquiries.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide dance instruction, manage appointments and lesson balances, send requested reminders, maintain our private student portal, and operate our business securely.

Text messaging privacy

Students receive lesson reminder texts only after explicitly agreeing to receive them. Message frequency varies with the student’s lesson schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing lessons.

Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver messages and operate the requested service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the website, portals, email, scheduling, and messaging services, or when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, legal obligations, and accurate business records.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or remove your contact information, stop reminder messages, or answer questions about your records. Text STOP to stop SMS reminders at any time.
