Terms & SMS Messaging

These terms apply to dance instruction, website inquiries, portal access, and optional text-message communications provided by Waltz Tango Foxtrot Inc., doing business as Vladyslav & Brianna Nalyvaychuk.

Lesson reminder program

Students may verbally opt in to receive appointment reminders from Vladyslav & Brianna. After consent is given, the teacher records that permission in the private Management Portal. Messages may include the student’s name, lesson date, time, studio location, and instructions for contacting the teacher about changes.

Message frequency varies according to the student’s lesson schedule. Multiple lessons on the same day may be combined into one message to avoid unnecessary texts. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel text reminders. Reply HELP for assistance. Students may also contact their teacher directly or call or text (224) 377-9887. After an opt-out request, one final confirmation message may be sent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Scheduling changes

Reminder texts are a courtesy and do not replace direct communication. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please message your teacher directly. A reply to an automated reminder may not by itself change the appointment.

Website inquiries

Submitting an application or inquiry requests personal follow-up from Vladyslav or Brianna. It does not create a confirmed appointment or require a purchase.

Privacy

Our handling of personal and mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
